I aim to despatch goods in stock within 2 working days from receipt of payment.
In the event that it is not possible to despatch an item within 28 days, i will give a full refund.
UK Delivery Charges

Deliveries outside the United Kingdom
Overseas buyers, please do not pay untill I e-mail you with shipping costs.
Alternative Delivery Methods
Other methods of delivery, such as by courier, can be arranged on an individual basis.
`Payment
I accept payment via pay pal, cheques made in sterling and drawn on a british bank(for overseas buyers) and postal orders.
Cash payments can be accepted but are sent at the customers risk. I advise that cash payments are sent by recorded delivery.
For payments by cheque or postal order, please print off order form and send it with the payment.
To ensure an efficient delivery, please make sure your address is on the order form.

I cannot be responsible for packages that go missing. I will endeavour to help you track down any missing item.
Refunds
If you are not happy with your item I can offer a money back option, as long as it is within 28 days.
Please Note
The 12th scale miniatures and related items that are sold on this site are not suitable for young children under the age of 14.
Many are the items for sale on this site are collectors pieces.
